AKA Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 with a founding team of senior engineers in robotics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, dedicated to developing and manufacturing wall climbing robots.
Through Sci-Tech enabling, AKA aims to overcome the sufferings of perpendicular or arch operation in industries and provide a more humanized way when operators face the harshness of aerial or polluted working environments.
With a strong focus on specialized robots, we are confident in our ability to excel in extreme environments, including heights and oceans.

Our Company History
2017
Establishment
The company was founded in 2017, and successfully developed a tracked climbing robot and a sewage vacuum recovery system. The company secured angel investment in this round.
2018
In 2018, the wheeled wall-climbing robot was successfully developed, and the pilot of ship derusting business was successful.
2019
In 2019, the petrochemical explosion-proof robot was successfully developed, with the product finding small-scale application in both maritime and storage tank industries.
2020
In 2020, sewage treatment equipment was successfully developed, and the company introduced robot solutions for the maritime and storage tank industries. The range of products found extensive application, completing Pre-A round financing.
2021
In 2021, dock-bottom robots and wind turbine de-icing robots were successfully developed. Fully-owned subsidiaries were established in Qingdao and Zhoushan, effectively supporting nationwide operations. The company was approved as a national high-tech enterprise.
2022~2023
Large-Scale Application of Wind Power Maintenance Robots & Overseas Business Expansion
- Launched wind power comprehensive robot maintenance solutions covering blade de-icing, tower grinding & spraying, and tower oil contamination cleaning. Completed Series A financing.
- Completed Series A and A+ financing.
- Expanded overseas business, with multiple products obtaining EU CE certification.
- Developed a hull rust removal robot and launched pilot applications in Qingdao, Zhoushan and other regions.
2024~2025
Deepen Product Matrix & Accelerate Global Market Expansion
- Successfully developed and widely deployed Wallhiker W-06, the industry’s first intelligent full-curved adaptive robot.
- Wallhiker Ex-02, a petrochemical storage tank rust removal & spraying robot, obtained Zone II explosion-proof certification.
- Successfully developed Wallhiker CH-02, a cargo hold cleaning robot, and launched its pilot application.
- Accelerated its global expansion, with its products gaining customer recognition in multiple overseas markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
